28th October, 2020

The situation around us have not been normalised till now following propagation of COVID-19 pandemic. Central Government has also not completely withdrawn the ban imposed on all religious congregations.

Therefore, considering all aspects of safety of devotees, it has been decided that the entrance gates of Ramakrishna Math (Yogodyan) will remain closed for the time being.

Like previous years, this year also special Pujas on the occasions of Sri Sri Lakshmi Puja (Friday, 30th October, 2020) and Sri Sri Kali Puja (Saturday,14th November, 2020) will be ritually performed at Kankurgachhi Yogodyan Math. However, no Darshan, Pushpanjali and distribution of Prasad for the devotees will be permitted this year. If the devotees wish to contribute and give offerings for these pujas, those will be greatfully accepted at the main gate.
